A truly powerful statement on the nature of guerilla film making in our modern era… also a great insight into Apple Computer’s continued commitment to those who make art. Hardware, software and access to their Rolodex that features so many talented and capable folks.

It’s not like it was a report I was looking forward to. Light on policy, over-flowing with typical Trump nonsense, albeit in a softer form (he actually stayed on script)… Buried in his mountain of bullshit you’ll find a nice idea here and there… but he’s much too much of a moron to ever get behind a single word he says. One way or another, my civic duty causes me to post on the matter today, but my disinterest leads me to offer none other than the New York Times fact check.

And… so sad that stuff like this is swept under the rug, caught up in the bluster as the signal gets lost in the noise…

Diving deep into this program for me… is unfortunately something that has to wait for me to obtain a new Mac as my 8-year old machine just couldn’t handle it for all its capacity… but that said, the fact doesn’t keep me from following along on the software’s progress and I gotta say… how much of a value is this software at $300?!? It’s absolutely amazing the list of features here for the price… and if I feel a longing for something I’m not yet able to get into, this is it.

I’ve been an Apple person for a long, long time… and I can definitely remember the days when Apple didn’t advertise at all let alone doing it this well… one way or another, Apple ads are certainly something to keep an eye out for these days… “Three Minutes” here is one of the best I’ve seen, made me melancholy.

“The HomePod joins a long list of smart speakers, starting with the original, the Amazon Echo ($100); Google, Sonos, Harman Kardon, and others make them, too. But Apple has tried to differentiate the HomePod, and justify its high price ($350), by giving it better sound than any competitor — and in that, it has succeeded.” Availability is already limited, but the HomePod ships February 9th

“Thirty Eagles bounced to the beat of a popular rap song, “MotorSport,” an hour after the pulsating Super Bowl 52 victory over the dynastic Patriots. White, black, players, coaches, one equipment guy at least. When the deafening song was over, 50-year-old Doug Pederson, one of the unlikeliest Super Bowl-winning head coaches ever, found his way to the front of his men for his post-game address…”

Alexa lost her voice but won the day in a funny, cameo-filled ad for Amazon’s Echo device. Ad Meter, presented by Kia and sponsored by Sprint, is a ranking of Super Bowl commercials based on consumer votes.
