So… as I sit and continue to kick the crap out of a mid-2010 Mac Pro on the precipice of no longer being able to install the latest version of OS X… this article offers some food for thought from a fellow grinder… where I definitely won’t be making the same decision he did, I do remain mightily concerned with the (seemingly) diminishing prospects for Macintosh computing on the desktop… his comparison of Apple today to the dynamic of the company just before Jobs returned in ’98 seems eerily prescient…
